A fully equipped stylish kitchen with breakfast table is situated to the open plan space and features all the desired appliances to hand for preparing delicious home-cooked meals during guest's stay with a hob, eye level oven and dishwasher.

The lovely light and spacious flowing accommodation carries on through to the sleeping areas, comprising 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.

The master bedroom is situated to the top floor of the duplex holiday home and boasts a large and airy bedroom furnished to a high contemporary finish and further enhanced by its high ceiling, flat screen TV and splendid distant sea views.

The second bedroom is also extremely well presented and is furnished with a brand new zip n' link king size bed or separating into 2 singles when required with bedside table and shelf perfect for storage and making a homely ambience for guests.

A sunny landscaped garden with BBQ, decked area with garden furniture and private Jacuzzi can further be enjoyed by guests during their stay for an additional £50.

From this delightful holiday retreat guests can easily reach the wide selection of activities and amenities of Torquay and the wider Devon area.

The seaside resort town boasts a fantastic range of shops, restaurants, bars in its cosmopolitan marina setting which lends itself to walks along the palm lined promenades and through the landscaped pleasure gardens and also to experiencing the vibrant night life on offer.

Local attractions include the 'Living Coasts' sea life centre, Paignton Zoo, the other nearby picturesque seaside resort towns including Dartmouth and also the opportunity to enjoy exploring one of the 19 beaches on offer along the Torquay coast!
