Description

Gainsborough is a two bedroom holiday home in Torquay Devon. A truly panoramic sea view of Tor Bay is on offer at this semi detached house which is located in the quiet and prestigious Lincombes area of Torquay. Visitors will enjoy the peaceful surroundings yet be only a short drive or bus ride away from the bustling waterfront area, with it's harbour, marina, town centre shopping, theatre and and great selection of restaurants. The house is an ideal retreat for a family of four or for two couples as it boasts full en-suite bathroom facilities to each bedroom. The other added bonus here is the large conservatory which leads from the lounge to the patio area and the exceptional views over Torbay.

Ground Floor:
Lounge/Diner
The lounge/dining area has four armchairs, a Freeview TV and a wooden dining table with four chairs.  There are doors to conservatory and you can access the patio for the stunning sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing/dryer.


Cloakroom
There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.

Outside
There is a sunny conservatory with a table and seating with access to the patio that has extensive sea views.


There is private car parking space and/or garage for small sized car.


First Floor:
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables and lamps.  The bedroom enjoys sea views.  There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, washbasin and WC.   & WC.


Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has two single beds, two bedside tables and lamps.  The bedroom has its own en-suite bathrooms with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Great location. Comfortable and relaxing, with lovely view across the bay. The Gainsborough property is in a brilliant location. The interior is well appointed, and the conservatory and patio area are a great asset, providing panoramic views across the bay.
