Mount Braddon Mews in Torquay is a delightful 2 bedroom mews house set in the private gated landscaped grounds of one of the towns famous Victorian Villas and is one of a select few private residential mews houses set in this quiet, leafy secluded spot. The very convenient location of this development benefits from being only a short walk down to the cosmopolitan main harbour area of Torquay and also a choice of the town's many beaches. The accommodation is spacious and has been fitted in a lovely modern style to a high specification. The bright main living area is situated on the middle of three floors with the main en-suite master bedroom, which has an additional bed for a child, on the top floor. The second twin bedroom, which also has a bathroom and shower adjacent is at the ground floor entrance level and therefore is only suitable for older children, please enquire when booking. A good selection of local shops, restaurants of all types, bars and some attractions can be accessed on foot from the house with the other wide variety of tourist amenities on offer throughout the English Riviera only a very short drive away.


Kitchen - Mount Braddon Mews benefits from a beautiful stylish kitchen which is well equipped to cater for all of your holiday needs. The kitchen homes an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.


Living/Dining room - The spacious, light and airy living space is perfect for all the family to socialise in. There is a large cream corner sofa and a flat screen TV with Netflixs film package included, perfect for those evenings when you just want to put your feet up and relax. In the corner of the room is a glass dining table and chairs.


Bedrooms -The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a double bed and there is an additional single bed in the corner which is a benefit if you are bringing a little one with you. This bedroom also includes an en -suite. Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor and has to twin beds which is suitable only for older children.


Bathroom - The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and provides comfort to bedroom 2. This bathroom contains a bath with hand held shower, WC and wash basin. There is also an en-suite which comes with the Master bedroom this contains a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

Parking: One allocated private car parking space, (no commercial vehicles, motor homes or trailers permitted)

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
