Views to Torquay superb from Harbour Lights. Mrs Vicky Lovell - 5th November 2018
A wonderful base for visiting South Devon. The location is superb and the views are great. Our stay was in the autumn so we can only imagine what a wonderful spot it would be to enjoy the sun. We had no problems and found the standard of cleanliness, equipment and furnishings to be first rate. First rate property in all respects. Views and accommodation excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Have booked to stay again next year, so feel that says it all!Mrs Gail Wedge - 15th October 2018
lovely property very well equipped lovely position will definetly be gong back there will be booking with blue rivercottages againMrs sheila stanford - 24th September 2018
Excellent property well equipped with everything you need fantastic view from bedroom windows and living accommodation just a shame about the hilly location but would stay again On arrival we thought it would not be large enough for all the family but once we opened the doors we were amazed at the size and what a view we did not want to come home we were all so sad Mrs Marcia Lewis - 20th August 2018
Lovely house and views thank youMrs Marilyn Gyacsek - 6th August 2018
The facilities in the house were very good, even providing plastic crockery and cutlery for the little ones and fresh milk in the fridge for that first welcome cuppa after a long journey. Lovely house with fantastic views over the bay. The roads leading to the house were very steep but you don't get a view like that without being at the top of a hill! There are local shops nearby which were useful for everyday items such as bread and milk.Mrs Sue Platts - 30th July 2018
This is the best selfcatering place that we have ever stayed in.The view is hard to pull yourself away from .There is so much to do in the area so lots to keep everyone happy.Mrs Hayley Chambers - 20th May 2018
The property was fantastic value for our family get together with 5 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs. There was ample space indoors and out, and had superb views. Our favourite outings were to: Brixham (we recommend fish'n'chips from Rockfish and the Golden Hind Museum Ship), steam train/ferry to Dartmouth, Babbacombe Model Village and Babbacombe Cliff Railway.Mr Christopher Davies - 3rd May 2018
We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again for next year if available. The location was perfect and the house it self was fabulous. Mrs Rebecca Rowlands - 16th April 2018
A beautifully presented bungalow which my grandchildren fell in love with. We will hopefully return in the near future.Mr Brian Shanahan - 3rd January 2018
Gorgeous location and views. Has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.Mr Tim Holmes - 6th November 2017

It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! We do several holidays a year in this Country and Abroad and it's one of the top! Mrs Linda Griffiihs - 16th October 2017
Our stay at Harbour Lights was very relaxing and a much needed rest, the views were spectacular, the property was extremely clean and comfortable, everything was provided for our comfort and enjoyment. We are definitely looking to book this property again, even tea, coffee, sugar and milk was provided for us. Only one problem, we all wanted to stay longer it was so lovely!Mr Robert Curtis - 23rd August 2017
First impressions of Harbour Lights for our party was ' wow'. The house is tardis like and the views are breathtaking. During our stay there we could find no faults with both the house or the neighbourhood. The only negative thing was having to leave at the end of the week. We have been holidaying in Torbay for 13 years in various locations and this house is definitely the best in all those years.A Ward - 7th June 2017
Excellent location. Amazing sea views. Cleanliness was good considering pets are allowed. Lovely location, beautiful sea views. Cleanliness of property was good. No dust or cobwebs above door frames or behind beds or under beds. The plastic ridges in the fridge & freezer were clean of any crumbs which is another good sign of cleaners doing their job properly. Plenty of toilet rolls supplied in the 3 toilets & other things like tea, coffee & sugar & milk provided on arrival. Gardens kept neat & tidy as well. Enjoyed our stay.N Johnson - 19th May 2017
Booked this property for a family Chritmas, 8 stayed, ages ranged from 8 to 89. Plenty of space for everyone, and facilities were very good. The oven was a bit small cooking Christamas dinner for that number, but we managed making use of the microwave as well. We all loved the views and watching the changes at each time of day and dependant on the weather. Even walked to the seafront on Boxing Day, although too hilly for the oldest member of our party. Would definitely recommend this property, and imagine it would be fantastic in the summer to use the terrace and have the folding doors open to the kitchen.A previous customer - 3rd January 2017
Harbour Lights is a home from home. Excellently equipped in all areas making your stay very comfortable. It has stunning views across the sea.A previous customer - 1st November 2016
Outstanding accommodation. Everything you need is pretty much catered for. Great place for a family..or friends having a get away together. We personally didn't need such a large house but with mobility problems and needing separate shower, the double room with ensuite on the ground floor suited perfectly. whilst my cousin had the upstairs...with the stunning views from the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this property. It's situated in a lovely quiet location.A previous customer - 18th October 2016
Great stay great views plenty of space 8 of us stayed for the weekend, then 2 of us stayed the rest of the week. The only bad part was the doors onto the patio from the kitchen was broken from the last people without telling the agent ,so we had to put up with that until it was fixed that week!.The other was the window cleaner turned up jumping of the garage roof while we were having breakfast! It would have been nice to know!A previous customer - 16th October 2016
Harbour lights is an amazing place to stay. It really is home from home. The views are stunning which was a bonus for my mother. Her mobility is not great so if she didn't feel like going out she still had a lovely view. There is so much space and the cleanliness is next to none. Will defiantly be booking againA previous customer - 4th October 2016
The house was very comfortable and spacious. We were 6 adults and we didn't feel cramped at all. I is very nicely furnished and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Beautiful views from all reception rooms, the two upstairs bedrooms and the terrace. The garden is safe and fully enclosed which was perfect for the dogs. We would definitely stay again.A previous customer - 25th September 2016
Harbour Lights is a beautiful holiday home situated in an ideal location central to both Torquay and Paignton. The house is very warm and welcoming and the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. There is everything you need to make this a true family home from home. The views from the house are spectacular and waking up to the glorious sunrise is amazing. Lovely enclosed garden which was ideal for our 2 children to let off some steam in. Free Wifi in the house was a lovely touch and very helpful when planning our days out. We had such an amazing time we have already booked to stay here again.A previous customer - 14th September 2016
Very comfortable property with stunning views and set in an ideal location that suited our needs. We hope to return in Summer 2017 in the hope we may have better weather !A previous customer - 13th September 2016
House was lovely the views were beautiful. The patio and garden was great for kids playing and outside dinning. Would stay there again the upstairs bedroom had lovely views watched the sunrise and there was lots of space . There was six in our party and we had plenty of room.A previous customer - 24th August 2016
As a family we had a great holiday. Harbour Lights is an outstanding property with stunning views at all times of the day. We didn't want to come home! Plus, we had a week of good weather.A previous customer - 18th August 2016
Harbour Lights is a spacious property, situated at Livermead, and offering spectacular views of Torbay from the lounge, two upstairs bedrooms and the patio. The comfortable conservatory would allow you to appreciate the views if the weather was not so good. Torquay is a ten minute car journey away and Paignton slightly less. A 30 minute leisurely walk round the bay brings you to the centre of Torquay. The welcome tray of tea/coffee and milk was appreciated after a long journey. The only downside was that there was only one television in the property. Harbour Lights provides a superb holiday base for either exploring the area or just relaxing and appreciating the beautiful garden and stunning views.A previous customer - 26th July 2016
