Everything very nice. Perhaps a parking permit to be given to sets of guest that is exchanged at the end of the stay. Otherwise all good. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.SUBHABRATA SARKAR - 12th August 2018
Conveniently situated, characterful
Period furnishing gave the cottage character; kitchen well-equipped; the Christmas tree was appreciated. House soon warms up with easy to control heating. Good shower in bathroom. All basics provided e.g. kitchen roll, washing up liquid, hand soap - not all letters do this. Very conveniently placed to explore the town.Rolf from Birmingham - 27th December 2015

a delightful cottage in the heart of Totnes
the cottage was very clean with lots of small touches, a supply of tea milk coffee and sugar and water were much appreciated. The cottage was well placed for the town of Totnes and within walking distance of the high street. The only down side is the parking restrictions as residents parking is in force and this can cause complications when working out how to park as the local car park is expensive, other than that a lovely little cottage with a sun trap out the backTracey from Bristol - 30th June 2014
Lovely comfortable cottage.
Cottage comfortable & spacious. Ideal location for exploring the area. Parking was a slight negative, at the end of our stay I found there was a voucher thats possible to buy for £20 which allows parking in the carparks from 4pm -10am each night much preferrable to moving the car or putting another ticket on at 8am each day.Kathie - 27th June 2014
