Torquay Food & Drink

One of the most enjoyable places to have a cream tea is in the Rose Cottage Tea rooms in the heart of the quintessential village of Cockington. Hidden away in a wooded valley not far from the Torquay seafront you can enjoy a delightful high or cream tea in beautiful gardens with a live pianist playing in the background.

Beautifully situated adjacent to Torquay's marina, the Pier Point restaurant is the perfect place to eat and drink. In the summer it’s lovely to sit outside and enjoy the spectacular views out over the Bay.

Torquay is fortunate to have a Michelin Star Restaurant, the first in the town with views across the harbour. Chef Simon Hulstone creates eye catching dishes featuring ingredients from his own farm and local sourced meat. The atmosphere is informal and if it’s a special occasion opt for the tasting menu for an extra culinary treat.
